In the six years that marketing consultancy Spirited Marketing worked with Avand (since acquired by TechnologyOne) it managed annual customer and employee satisfaction surveys, benchmarking and post project implementation surveys which greatly contributed to the ongoing success of our company.
The annual surveys allowed us to benchmark our performance, and that of our products, and helped us to further develop products and processes to better support our customers, and improve our bottom line through greater customer loyalty.
Spirited Marketing developed the questionnaires, conducted the web-based surveys, collated the results, analysed those results and made valuable recommendations on how we should address any issues. The company also worked closely with our sales team to drive a high customer participation rate.
